Dinngo balance is to Dinngo as Cash is to your wallet. So no matter you pay or receive money, the amount of your Dinngo balance will be changed accordingly.
What if your Dinngo balance is not enough to pay? Easy! We use bank accounts when cash is not enough! In practice, the money will be withdrawn from your bank account when you try to pay, while your Dinngo balance remains as the same. Also, before the bank transfer process finished, your friends would see the money they received marked as pending transaction before moving into their available balance.
The financial services of your Dinngo balance are provided by Triumph Bank, the bank partner of our service provider, SynapsePay. To report complaints email firstname.lastname@example.org.

They did like each other so they decided to have lunch again. This time, Jack asked Mary to pay him $30 and Mary again approved it. Since $30 is over Mary's balance($20), the money was directly withdrawn from her bank account.
Jack and Mary's available balance remains as $80 and $20 that day, but Jack additionally has a pending balance of $30.
Around 2 days later, after the transfer process completed by bank, Jack would see the pending transaction updating into his available balance to $110, and Mary's would still be $20.
